01 — From reading to collective practice

Reading introduces an idea. A group gives it a language.

A book is read alone. A culture is worked out together. The workshop exists for that passage: the point where an idea stops being understood individually and becomes a shared conversation.

  1. Book

    The idea is encountered.

  2. Idea

It is put into each person's own words.

  3. Dialogue

It meets other readings of it.

  4. Reflection

It is brought back to a real context.

  5. Practice

    It is tried, discussed, adjusted.

  6. Application

It returns into the group's ordinary work.

Editorial framing: this progression describes the pedagogical intent of the workshops; it is not an official method.

Several workshops proceed directly from the intellectual content of the book, which remains their reference source.

02 — What an ATTITUDE workshop is

A facilitated working space, not a seated lecture.

An ATTITUDE workshop is a structured, facilitated working session in which a group examines concepts drawn from ATTITUDE and relates them to its own reality.

The exploration is guided: concepts are set out, questions opened, exchanges directed and, where relevant, practical exercises used. What comes out of it belongs to the group.

What the workshop offers

  • Structured exploration of an ATTITUDE theme
  • Facilitated reflection rather than a presentation
  • Collective dialogue between participants
  • Constant return to the group's real context
  • Work on responsibility and possible action

What it is not

  • A certifying training program
  • An online course catalogue
  • A promise of immediate transformation
  • Individual accompaniment — that is the role of coaching

Rhythm of a working session

  1. Understand
  2. Question
  3. Discuss
  4. Apply
  5. Reflect

Editorial organization of the experience, not a registered method.

03 — Signature workshops

The entry points that explain ATTITUDE most directly.

Five themes give the most direct access to the ATTITUDE ecosystem. The remaining workshops are no less valid: this hierarchy is a decision aid, not a ranking of worth.

  1. ATTITUDE — From Book to Transformation

A collective exploration of the book's central argument: what attitude names, what it commits us to, and what changes when a group turns it into shared language.

  2. The 12 Laws of Transformational Attitude

French title: Les 12 Lois de l'Attitude Transformationnelle

Structured work around the laws set out in the book. The laws are not summarised here: the book remains the source, the workshop is the space where they are examined and discussed.

  3. Mon attitude crée ma réalité

    My attitude creates my reality

The founding statement of ATTITUDE, worked through collectively: how a way of responding to reality shapes behavior, then habits, then the culture of a group.

  4. From Scarcity Culture to Abundance Culture

Work on the mental and collective cultures of scarcity and abundance. Abundance is understood as disposition and shared culture, not as a promise of prosperity.

  5. ATTITUDE & Transformational Leadership

The leader's attitude as the raw material of the culture they install: what a team learns from a leader before a word is spoken.

04 — The program

Nine confirmed workshops.

The program reads as a syllabus: confirmed titles, subject matter, relevant context. Practical arrangements are clarified in conversation.

The three families below are an editorial grouping for reading. They are not official program families.

Responsibility & culture

  1. From Victimhood to Responsibility

A space to examine the agency that remains, without denying real contexts, inherited conditions or genuine constraints. Responsibility is approached as capacity, never as blame.

  2. Briser le Syndrome du Paternalisme Infantilisant — SPI

Breaking the infantilising paternalism syndrome — SPI

A reading of SPI as the author formulates it: a sustained relationship of dependency, cultural and institutional — never a clinical diagnosis. The workshop explores what that relationship produces and what it prevents.

  3. From Scarcity Culture to Abundance Culture

Work on the mental and collective cultures of scarcity and abundance. Abundance is understood as disposition and shared culture, not as a promise of prosperity.

  2. ATTITUDE for Educators

Attitude within the educational act, in continuity with transformational education: what an educator transmits through their way of being as much as through their syllabus.

Duration, format, group size, venue and arrangements are not fixed on this page: they are defined during the preliminary conversation.

05 — Audiences & contexts

Is this intended for an audience like mine?

Four positions cover most requests. They overlap often: one group may belong to several.

Leaders & teams

Leadership · attitude · culture

Leaders who observe that a team culture forms above all through the attitudes tolerated or encouraged within it.

Educators

Education · transformation

Teachers and educators for whom transmission involves a way of being as much as a body of content.

Youth

Responsibility · initiative · mindset

Young people in a position to articulate their relationship to what is possible, to initiative and to responsibility.

Institutions

Culture · leadership · collective transformation

Organizations looking for shared language before committing to structural change.

Contexts served

  • Organizations
  • Leadership teams
  • Schools
  • Universities
  • Educators
  • Youth
  • Churches
  • NGOs
  • Associations
  • Public institutions
  • Communities

An institution rarely engages a single format: book, coaching, workshops and speaking combine.

06 — How learning becomes application

Collective learning does not stop at information.

An editorial progression written to make the pedagogical intent explicit. It is neither an official method nor a guarantee of results.

  1. Hear

The concept is stated, in its exact words.

  2. Understand

Each person restates it from their own situation.

  3. Question

It is tested, including against itself.

  4. Discuss

The group confronts its readings and disagreements.

  5. Practice

It is tried on the group's real situations.

  6. Apply

It comes back down into ordinary work and decisions.

What the workshop rejoins

  1. Attitude
  2. Behavior
  3. Habits
  4. Culture
  5. Realities

The workshop's role is not to produce transformation, but to create an environment where these ideas can be understood, examined, practiced and contextualised.

07 — From group to culture

A culture is not decreed: it is repeated.

The workshop works at the level where an idea becomes collective — the moment several people finally hold the same words.

  1. Individual insight

    One person sees differently.

  2. Shared conversation

Several people speak of it in the same words.

  3. Collective practice

    The group tries it together.

  4. Repeated patterns

    What is tried comes back.

  5. Culture

    What comes back becomes normal.

Scale of propagation

  1. Me
  2. Family
  3. Institution
  4. Community
  5. Nation

None of these steps is automatic. A culture may also fail to form: the workshop opens a possibility, it does not produce a causality.

08 — Working with Mwalimu

These spaces come from one body of thought.

The workshops are facilitated by Mwalimu Dr. Cephas Kwambiliwa, educator, trainer and author of ATTITUDE.

They extend the same work as TEAC, transformational education, transformational leadership and the culture of abundance: the conviction that transformation begins with how a person, then a group, responds to reality.
